IPODC's business generarally involves consulting work regarding:

•   Structuring advice; time, cost, and feasiility advice regarding Initial     Public Offerings, High Yield Debt,  Management Buy Out/Leveraged Buy     Out, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Sales, Exit strategies;

•   Marketing and sale of individual and combined companies;

•   Relevant project profressional introductions/engagement terms     advise (Accounting, Legal, Investment Bankers, etc.);

•   Locating strategic and/or tuck-in acquisitions;

•   Transaction discolsure to employees advise/programs;

•   Owner and Employee incentive and benefit plan options;

•   Business planning and/or business plan development;

•   Financial modeling;

IPODC also develops, on occasion, its own combination and/or consolidation projects, with significant projects already in existence.
